In the former 'Onleedkundig Labaratorium' Amerborgh Vastgoed is building the new 5* Pillows Hotel, Maurits at the Parc. The old building from 1905 is transferred into a 88 bedroom hotel, with different F&B outlets like a brasserie, fine dining, hotel bar and a nice welcoming Living Lobby. 

The building has a complete new foundation and a underground carpark for around 40 cars. Above this carpark a new build extension is build, linked to the old building. In this part around 30 rooms are located, the brasserie and the supporting kitchen. Outside the brasserie a nice terrace is designed, linked to the complete new garden. The garden is designed as a hotel garden, and is part of the project 'Verdubbeling Oosterpark.

The building is renovated in the spirit of Amerborgh, high quality finishes and a high level of detail.
