Due Dilligence

Due to the intention of Accor Hotels taking over Mövenpick the question from Accor hotels towards CRHS was to inspect and check all 14 hotels through Europe on the CaPex maintenance budgets. Especially Product, Fire life & Safety, HVAC and demarcation was studied and submitted in detailed reports.
