This well-known healthy and sustainable fast good restaurant chain from Belgium wished to expand in The Netherlands with two new locations in Utrecht.

CRHS did already the project management of Exki Amsterdam IJ-hal CS so continuing on this 3th and 4^th restaurant was really nice. 

By the start of the project we received just four walls and an empty  spaces. Total engineering & project management of HVAC, Fire, life & Safety, kitchen exhaust, kitchen, bars and storage is done.

The 4^th location created in the new foodcourt at Hoog Catherijne was challenging because of the location itself, the communication with Kleppierre and the total HVAC installations.
