De Centrale (DC) is a new-built mixed-use development that strengthens the transformation of the Overamstel area into a vibrant urban destination. The project introduces a contemporary and dynamic environment where hospitality, working, and city life come together.

As project manager, CRHS is responsible for guiding the realization of this integrated development, comprising a 290-room short-stay hotel, approximately 3,500 m² of office space, parking facilities, and attractive hospitality venues. The concept is designed to create an active and welcoming destination for both visitors and professionals.

Building on the industrial character of the area, De Centrale will add new energy and urban quality to Overamstel, contributing to the continued growth of this emerging city district.
