Remco Spigt started his career in 2003 at Uni-invest and founded his own company C&R Projects in 2007. From 2008 Remco was involved in the renovation of Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam where he started his experience in the Hospitality business, learning the trade of Project Management within the Hospitality world within this beautiful 5+ hotel in the former town hall of Amsterdam. After this complex renovation, his 2nd hotelproject was the fit-out of the nhow Rotterdam, the new NH hotel in the Rotterdam (Rem Koolhaas). 

Past years Remco and his team from CRHS were responsible for the finising and opening of Rosewood Amsterdam, the most luxury hotel in Holland. During this period he also opened the Tropen hotel for Koninklijk Instituut voor de Tropen, after finishing the 5* luxury hotel Pillows in Amsterdam. 

From 2014 Remco was involved in Sofitel Legend The Grand as Project Manager responsible for the installation of a new sustainable HVAC installation for the hotel. In 2014 he has been the Project Director of the refurbishment of the NH Collection Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky Amsterdam. After the renovation of Krasnapolsky Remco got involved as Project Manager for NHCC Leeuwenhorst & Koningshof and as Process Manager for nhow Amsterdam. In 2017 CRHS got involved in the development of the 'Kogelfabriek' Hembrug Zaandam, a project together with OMA. After the permit process for this cultural hotspot and hotel, Remco was responsible for the Proloog in the Kogelfabriek, the new cultural hotspot with different restaurant.
