Project Iron Horse is the renovation and adaptive reuse of a listed monument, transforming the historic building into a contemporary 3-star hotel.
As project manager, CRHS oversees the careful redevelopment of approximately 2,000 m², balancing the preservation of the building’s heritage value with the requirements of modern hospitality. The design approach respects the monument’s original character while introducing new functionality, comfort, and efficiency.
The project aims to give the building a renewed purpose, ensuring its continued relevance and contribution within the urban fabric, while offering a distinctive and authentic hotel experience.
