We are proud to have contributed to the transformation of the building at Grote Marktstraat 35 in The Hague, where Lager 157 has opened its first physical store in the Netherlands.

Following the departure of MediaMarkt in 2022, the building underwent a major redevelopment and was divided into two distinct spaces. One part now houses the European Parliament information centre, while the other corner location has been transformed into the new Lager 157 flagship store.

The new retail space spans three floors with a total floor area of approximately 2,800 m². Known for its affordable sporty basics and casual fashion, Lager 157 already operates multiple stores across Scandinavia and Germany and is now expanding into the Dutch market.

For this project, we were responsible for the realization and transformation works, helping create a completely new destination within the city centre of The Hague.
