Monday, November 10, 2025 marked the official start of construction of Nobu Residences Park Meadows Amsterdam. A special moment for all partners involved!

The project, developed by BREEVAST in collaboration with Nobu Hospitality, which is co-owned by chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro, and Meir Teper, brings together two luxury residential towers, a Nobu restaurant, and a luxury Spa Wellness on the edge of Beatrixpark Amsterdam.
