Since 2010, Hortus Botanicus Amsterdam has been a highly valued client of C&R Hospitality Services, commissioning us with special projects. In recent years, we have worked together with all partners on the unique Climate Greenhouse, which was officially opened on September 10 by the Mayor of Amsterdam, Femke Halsema.

On behalf of CRHS, Remco Spigt, Twan Remmits, and Mandy Zandee managed the process from start to finish, completing a complex renovation on time and within budget with impressive results.

The Klimatenkas is a place where architecture, nature, and sustainability reinforce each other. It is also a place where visitors can not only enjoy the special collection, but also become aware of the role that plants and nature play in our daily lives: biodiversity.
